THE PLATEAU CLUB, CLUB HOUSE Sammamish, Washington Complete architectural and interior services were done to create The Plateau Clubhouse, a two-story, 30,000 SF structure, and The Plateau Recreation Facility, a single-story, 8,000 SF structure, both designed in a Northwest style. From the interior both buildings have very strong connections with the golf course. The lower floor of the Clubhouse includes cart storage, bar, locker rooms, card room, employee lounge and storage. The upper floor includes a formal entry, golfer’s entry, reception lounge with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, banquet room, bar/lounge, administration, private meeting rooms, and a pro shop. The Recreation Facility includes an entry/check-in, daycare, a teen clubroom (electronic gaming), a multi-purpose room, snack bar, fully outfitted exercise/workout room and locker/shower rooms.
