Building N1 is a 1970’s tilt up concrete panel structure that is used for Vehicle Maintenance. Under this project, the existing restroom and break room area is renovated and reconfigured. In additional a new locker room and hazardous storage spaces are added within the vehicle maintenance bays, new mezzanine platforms for mechanical equipment. The facility also receives new roofing, HVAC, and electrical systems. Minimal site work is included that consists of utility work.
As a part of our US Forest Service IDIQ we are currently providing services in Washington and Oregon.
AKS is currently working on a 4,500 SF single family beach house in Indianola.
AKS is currently working on an interior remodel for a Woodinville Residence that includes the Main Floor Formal Living, Dining, Kitchen, Pantry, Laundry, and Family Room as well as the Upper floor Master Closet, Master Bath, and Children's bath.
Previously, AKS completed the exterior repairs to Building 23, which included a new metal wall panel enclosure to wrap the perimeter of the building to encapsulate the existing deteriorating steel sash windows and metal siding. As part of a separate project AKS completed a reroof design to remove the existing standing seam metal roofing and replace it with a new modified bituminous roofing membrane. AKS is currently provided construction support services for the project.
